Kids Day
Kids Day will be held Saturday July, 16. This will be an all day event at the Atlanta Tennis Championships throughout which kids will have the oppotunity to participate in various exciting activites as well as enjoy the day's matches. Kids 16 and under will receive a half price ticket at the gate. The first 500 kids of that age will also receive complimentary pack of Ace Authentic tennis trading cards. Throughout the day the Atlanta Tennis Championships will also be hosting a variety of activities for children to participate in throughout the grounds when taking a break from the tennis.
The day will be headlined by Nick Bollettieri and his top teaching professionals from hisworld-famous IMG Academies hosting two clinics throughout the day. They will be showing off the technique that has been the foundation for three No. 1 tennis players: Andre Agassi, Jim Courier and Monica Seles. We’ll provide the racquets and balls; you just bring a kid who loves tennis or wants to improve. The first session will be for children 10&Under and will be held from 12 to 2 pm. The second session will be held for kids 11&older from 2 to 4 pm. Spots for these sessions are filling quickly. Please register to secure your children's spot in a Kid's Day Clinic.

Kids will also have the opportunity to play tennis on 10 & Under Play Day. This will be held Monday, July 18 and will give children the chance to play using the QuickStart Tennis play format, which is designed to have a new and better approach to introducing kids to tennis. It is a chance for kids to learn real tennis and have real fun doing it. 10 & Under Tennis follows almost every other youth sport's model and uses racquets, balls and courts that are sized right for kids so that they enjoy the game right from the start. Get kids playing iwth the right racquets and low compression balls, and let them have fun.
